Activeon is looking for large high-ceiling commercial premises for the new Slick City concept in the Stockholm region.
Activeon is bringing the highly successful U.S. indoor action park concept Slick City to Europe and is currently searching for suitable locations in the greater Stockholm area. Activeon is an established European leisure operator with approximately 80 activity parks already operating across Europe, providing a strong platform for the continued rollout of new entertainment concepts.
Property requirements
-Minimum space requirement: 2,800 sqm, preferably larger
-Minimum ceiling height: 7 meters, preferably higher
-Excellent parking capacity
-Good access to public transportation
-Large open-plan commercial spaces preferred, including former warehouse, retail, sports, or padel facilities
